Three counselors are now available to serve you: Jessica Gebbink, Pat Kirby and Irene Kasambira . Hours available are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings and Thursday afternoon and evening. To schedule an appointment, call the counseling office at 272-0927 and leave a confidential message. One of our counselors will call you back to set your appointment.

Communion is available in the Chapel following the 8:15 service until approximately 9:45 each Sunday. Feel free to come and go as you like during this time, receive Holy Communion, spend some time in private prayer, or be prayed for by the minister who is serving that day. Would you appreciate having a Sunday morning worship bulletin to follow along with as you listen to the worship broadcast on the radio? We have members of our congregation who, because of their health, cannot participate in worship. They appreciate having our Sunday bulletin mailed to them. This allows them to follow  along with the service which is aired the following Sunday at 10:00 a.m. on WPEO/1020AM. Do you know of anyone in a similar situation who would like a bulletin mailed to their home? If so, please email or call Cathy Clark (673-3641, ext. 147).

The next Men's Gathering will be Monday, December 1st beginning at 5:30 in Wesley Hall.

We will be hearing the testimony of Tom Boyd.  Rod Rolff will be doing the Bible Study on “Serving others in Mission-Dulac, LA”.  We will be in Wesley Hall not 700 Main.

Dinner will make by Kitty. She will be serving us roast pork with a cranberry glaze, scalloped potatoes, green beans and desert.

Did you know your contributions can be given automatically? FUMC offers a service that withdraws your gift from your account and deposits it in the Church’s account with no action on your part (other than recording the withdrawal in your check register!). Basically, you specify the account, frequency of withdrawal and amount. The service starts when you want it to, saving you time as well as saving your church’s time and the costs associated with contribution envelopes. There is no cost to you for the service.
